I'm passionate about helping scale individuals, teams, and companies.
Throughout my career, I have worn many hats (Founder, CEO, Head of Marketing, VP of Product, Chief Revenue Officer), made a lot of mistakes, and had some notable wins as well.
I have a track record of successful ventures, including selling my startup Loyalty Bay to Perkbox. At Seatfrog, I played a key role as the VP of product, revolutionizing train travel for the 21st century. As the Chief Revenue Officer at Vorboss, London's fibre network for the most demanding businesses, I built, hired, and spearheaded the growth of all the go-to-market teams. I am building I Promis To - Your Ultimate Tool for Seamless OKR Tracking and Accountability and Maker Launchpad -join a fast-growing community for entrepreneurs, connect with top-tier talent, and unlock growth opportunities.
However, throughout all of this, the most important part of the puzzle for me has always been the people. It is also one of the parts that most frequently gets neglected.

1:1 Coaching
Coaching is a structured process focused on enhancing your performance or personal development. I use Co-Active coaching due to its unique approach to the coach-client relationship. It is based on the principle that clients (you), are creative, resourceful, and whole, capable of finding your answers. This method involves the coach and client working in a dynamic partnership, where both parties actively engage in discovering solutions and creating strategies for personal and professional growth. The goal is not only to achieve specific outcomes but also to foster a deep sense of connection, empowerment, and accountability.
Advisory
Advisory Services are more specialised. They rely on my domain and industry expertise. As an adviser, I help you or your team overcome specific challenges and provide advice, guidance, recommendations, and solutions. This is very different from the coaching relationship where I help you solve your own problems. In my case, this typically focuses on startups, scaling challenges, goal setting, fundraising, Go-To-Market, product, and marketing strategy.
